DHN Attorneys was founded in 2013 by Don H. Nguyen, a Vanderbilt-trained lawyer who spent his first years in practice at Orlando firms, including helping build a community association practice from the ground up in 2008. Working alongside boards and community association managers showed him what clients wanted from their lawyers and where they felt underserved. Those lessons became the firm’s blueprint. DHN started with one associate, one paralegal, and a borrowed storage room in another firm’s office.
More than a decade later, the work still starts the same way. We pick up the phone. We attend the board meeting. We read the late-night manager email and answer it. The firm has grown into a full-service team of attorneys, paralegals, and title professionals under one roof, and the operating principle has not changed: be responsive, be plain-spoken, and stay close to the matter.
Today, we represent more than 300 community associations, along with the real estate investors and small businesses that make up the local economy. The Orlando Business Journal has recognized DHN among the Top Law Firms in Central Florida, and Don holds a Preeminent AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
But what we hear most often from clients is something simpler: they pick up the phone.
