Desiree McCarthy has been practicing law as a civil litigation attorney since 2009 with a concentration in real property and title. While working at one of the largest real estate litigation firms in South Florida, Desiree has represented some of the largest national creditors in a variety of property disputes. Desiree has had success at the circuit and appellate level of litigation and transaction practice. Her experience includes both circuit and appellate level litigation.
In addition to her courtroom success, Desiree likes to stay involved in the local community. She has volunteered with the Guardian Ad Litem program for the 17th Circuit of Florida and the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County.
